What is Zaptric?
Zaptric is an autonomous fleet operations company for electric fleets in India. Its platform, Zaptric Nerve, connects assignment, charging, collections, maintenance and driver replacement.
What does autonomous fleet operations mean?
The driver drives. The system handles work around the trip: assignment, charge readiness, dues and replacements.
Does it work for drivers who take the car home?
Yes. Check-in, charging verification and settlement remain connected whether the car sleeps at a depot or at the driver’s door.
What results should an operator expect?
Targets include driver fill above 80%, same-day collections above 95%, charging compliance at 100%, and uptime improvement of 30–40% against the operator’s baseline. These are targets managed together, not guarantees or current reported results.
How does a pilot start?
A two-week parallel run on a slice of the fleet, with no migration. Review the original baseline and the exceptions caught before the commercial conversation.
Does Zaptric operate its own fleet?
Yes. The system is used in Zaptric’s own electric fleet operation, across ride-hail, e-commerce and corporate transport.
Is there an API?
Supply and status integration can be scoped with demand platforms and partners. Contact the team for endpoint contracts, authentication and sandbox availability.
